Apricot Biscuits
Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup flour
Directions:
Cut cream cheese and butter into flour until fine. Form ball and roll to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch circles. Spoon apricot preserves in center of half the circles and top with remaining circles. Bake 12 -15 minutes at 400°.
