Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. round steak,sliced thin
1/2 cup flour
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms, drained

Directions:

Combine flour and pepper. Coat meat with flour mixture. Brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broth and continue cooking over low heat for 1 hour. Stir often. Stir in sour cream and heat through approx. 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
