Farm Bureau Gumbo
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cups diced cooked chicken (rotisserie from Sam's)
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 cup each okra (frozen), onions, bell peppers and celery
1 - 2 tsp. Tony Cachere Creole seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Zatarains Gumbo seasoning
4 cups chicken broth

Zatarains Gumbo seasoning
Directions:
Saute onion, peppers and celery in oil in skillet. Stir in chicken. While cooking start the Zatarains in a large pot with chicken broth, water and tomato soup. Add chicken mixture, orka and corn to pot, add creole seasoning, then water to thin as needed.
Simmer 30 – 45 minutes. Add shimp and simmer another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over rice.
