Mystery Frosting for Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick softened butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Blend flour and milk in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the consistancy of heavy cream. Cool. Cream remaining ingredients well. Add the slightly cooked flour mixture and continue beating until light and fluffy.
