Spaghetti Sauce

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

1 can tomato soup

1 soup can water

1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1 T. dried oregano

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 t. ground cayenne pepper

1 t. chili powder

1 t. salt


Directions:

Brown beef with onion and green pepper. Drain. Return to skillet and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over angel hair pasta and top with grated Parmesan Cheese.
