Tiny Cheesecakes

Ingredients:
graham cracker crumbs
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
3/4 cup sour cream
t t. vanilla
3 T. sugar

Directions:

Butter 3 mini muffin pans. Place 1 t. graham cracker crumbs in each and shake to cover bottom and sides.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks in mixer and beat well. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into above mixture. Fill pans to top. Bake at 350? for 15-18 minutes. Cool in pans. Combine sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Put on cheesecakes and bake at 400? for 5 minutes.
