Sweet Rolls
Ingredients:
1/2 c sugar
2 pkg (3/4 oz each) yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 1/2 c scalded milk
1/3 c Crisco shortening
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
5 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar

5 1/2 c flour
Directions:
- Dissolve yeast in water
- Add sugar, salt and shortening to milk.
- Add 2 cups of flour and beat well.
- Beat in yeast and eggs.
- Add remaining flour.
- Let rise until doubled.
- Shape rolls and let rise again.
- Bake @ 350° until brown.
