Boiled Custard
Ingredients:
1 quart whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 T. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 quart whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 T. flour
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Heat milk. Combine sugar and flour and add to milk. Cook 2 minutes. Pour some milk mixture into eggs, then return to milk mixture. Continue cooking over medium heat till mixture coats spoon. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Strain and chill.
