Dallas Monster
Ingredients:
3 med. avocados
2 T. lime juice
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 cans pitted olives, chopped
1 pkg. cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
3 med. avocados

Tortilla chips
Directions:
Peel, pit and mash avocados with lime juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. To assemble, spread bean dip in a shallow serving platter, spread avocado mixture over bean dip, then layer sour cream mixture. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top, then chopped tomatoes and olives. Layer with cheddar cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips. (This is the basic recipe. You may vary according to your taste, adding chopped chili peppers to the bean mixture or adding 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese. You can also add fresh cilantro over my tomato layer.)
