Fruit and Nut Squares
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Splenda
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup water
3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup prunes
1/2 cup nuts
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. Splenda
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup water

1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Set aside first four ingredients.
In a 3 quart pan heat water to boiling. Add fruit, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Bake in greased 9X9 pan at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cool. Cut in squares. Freezes well.
