Chocolate Delight
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 8 oz. containers Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Combine flour, salt, butter and pecans. Press into bottom of a 13″X 9″ baking dish. Bake at 350? for 20 minutes. Cool.
Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese till smooth. Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix pudding and milk according to package directions. Spread over second layer. Top with remaining container of Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans, if desired. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
