In large bowl beat butter on medium for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar and beat until well combined. beat in eggs, brandy, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Add flour and beat until blended. Stir in nuts, chocolate and cherries. Then spread in lightly greased 13×9 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan, cut in bars.
