Peanut Butter Cookies

Directions:

Mix flour, slat and soda. Set aside. Mix shortening and peanut butter using electric mixer. Add sugars, mix well. Add eggs, beat well and stir in flour mixture. Make into rolls approximately 2 inches by 8 inches long. Wrap in waxed paper and chill. Can be frozen for future use. Slice about 1/2 inch thick and bake 10 -15 minute at 375 degrees.
