Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
1 can (15oz) creamed corn
1 can (15oz) niblet corn, drained
1 stick butter (1/2c), melted
1c sour cream
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 egg, beaten
1 can (15oz) creamed corn

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spread in a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350º or until set.
