Instant Pot Southern Style Bulgur (grain)

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
1 large cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast - sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c water
1 1/2 tsp Better Than Bullion - chicken (pick your favorite flavor)
1 small onion - diced
2 stalks of celery - chopped
1 clove of garlic - minced
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper - more or less to taste
1/2 tsp salt

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in Instant Pot and pressure cook on low pressure for 12 minutes. Allow the pressure to reduce naturally and fluff with a fork once you can open the lid.

Bulgur is available at most grocery stores, including Kroger.
