Beef and Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can beef broth
1 cup water
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) Italian style tomatoes
2 cups bow tie pasta
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:

In large skillet,cook ground chuck over medium heat 6-8 minutes till brown. Drain beef and set aside. In same skillet, add broth, tomatoes and pasta, pushing pasta into liquid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cook,uncovered, 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add zucchini and cook till tender.

Return beef to skillet and add 1/2 cup of cheese. Heat through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
