Apple Pecan Dessert
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 med. apple peeled and sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Saute apples slices in 2 tbsp. butter.
Beat egg, adding sugars, vanilla, salt and flour that has been mixed with baking powder. Stir in apple slices and pecans. Spread in buttered 9″ pie plate or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
