Brown Sugar Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 t. soda
1/8 t. salt
1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup softened butter

Directions:
Beat butter, sugar and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop 2″ apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350? for 12 -15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
