Chocolate Pie Filling

Servings:

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar

2 rounded tbsp. flour

3 rounded tbsp. cocoa

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups milk

3 eggs, separated

1 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients. Beat in milk and egg yolks. Cook till thickened over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. Put in baked pie shell, top with meringue. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
