Skillet Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 sticks melted butter
(3/4 cup)

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 t. salt

1 t. vanilla

1/2 cup chopped pecans


Directions:

Beat butter and sugar, beating in eggs one at a time. Blend in flour, salt, and vanilla. Pour into a 10″ black skillet which has been lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with pecans. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before removing foil.
