White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup soft butter

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

1 large package Ghirardelli white chocolate chips

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup coconut

1 can macadamia nuts (1/2 cup)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all sugar and butter and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well. Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool one minute. Remove from pan to wire racks.
