Basic Grilled Chicken Breasts

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
Marinade:
4 T. vegetable oil
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. brown sugar
dash of minced garlic
1 t. dried basil
dash black pepper

Directions:

Place 4-6 boneless chicken breasts in a zip-top bag. Cover with marinade, massage bag to distribute marinade and let stand in refrigerator for 1-3 hours, turning occasionally.

Place chicken on grill over high heat. Grill for 6 minutes on one side. Turn and grill for 6 more minutes, Turn again and finish for 3 minutes or until juice runs clear. Internal temperature should be ~165º F.
