Ingredients:
3 cups chopped cooked chicken, with broth
8-10 flour tortillas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
8 oz. bag grated cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can jalepeno relish

Directions:

Grease a 9X13 baking dish. Line dish with tortillas dipped in chicken broth. Layer chicken, onion, pepper, cheese and soups. Combine relish and tomatoes. Pour over top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
