Broccoli Salad

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1 large head broccoli
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/2 golden raisins
1/2 peanuts
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

Wash and trim off tough stems of broccoli. Chop floweret and tender stems into small pieces. Place in large bowl with onions, raisins, and peanuts. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli. Toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir and serve.
