Potato Soup

Servings:

Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
4 cups diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 grated cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook first five ingredients till tender. Dissolve flour in small amount milk. Add this and rest of ingredients to potato mixture. Stir until hot and cheese is melted.
