Creamy Avocado Sauce

Servings: about 40

Ingredients:
3 medium Haas avocados
1/2 c sour cream
1 clove garlic, finely minced
juice of one lime
salt to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except milk and smash to combine. Move to blender and blend at medium speed. Begin adding milk until the sauce becomes the desired smoothness. Blend on puree for one minute.
