Gourmet Potatoes

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:

6 med. potatoes

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1 stick butter

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chopped green onion

1 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

paprika

chives

bacon bits


Directions:

Bake scrubbed potatoes until tender. Cool slightly and slice in 1/2″ slices and place in greased 9X13 baking dish. Melt butter, stir in cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and onion. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle top with paprika, chives and bacon bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
