Old Fashioned Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients:
10" skillet of cornbread (cooled & crumbled)
3 large biscuits (crumbled)
3 slices white bread (crumbled)
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage (or more to taste)
3 well-beaten eggs
3 cups chicken broth

Directions:

Oven 375 °. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook onion and celery in butter until soft (about 15 minutes). Mix with crumbled bread. Stir in all seasonings. Add enough chicken broth to mixture to make a soft, WET consistency. Add beaten eggs and mix everything well. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check center for doneness.
