Cheese Grits Casserole

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water
1 t. salt
1 cup grits
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. dried minced garlic
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 stick melted butter

Directions:

Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in grits and cook slowly for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cheese to grits. Beat eggs with milk and stir in butter. Add to grits. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
