Instant Pot Bulgur Pilaf

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
1 cup Bulgur Wheat
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 tsp Chicken Powder
2 Tbs Vegetable or Olive Oil
1 cup Chopped Vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients to Instant Pot. Cook on low pressure for 12 minutes. Release pressure when cooking is complete and fluff with a fork. For a full meal, mix in chopped rotisserie chicken and replace lid for 5 minutes, using the residual heat to reheat the chicken.
