Spinach Balls

Servings: 100 Balls

Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped
2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 T. Accent (optional)
3/4 cup melted butter
3 cups herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
1/2 t. thyme
2 t. pepper
1 t. garlic powder

Directions:

Combine and roll into small balls. Bake at 350? for 20 minutes. Freezes well.
