Breakfast Casserole

Servings:

Ingredients:

1 lb. sausage, browned

2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons

4 eggs

2 1/4 c. milk

1 can mushroom soup

1/2 package frozen chopped spinach, drained

4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained

1 cup sharp cheddar

1 cup Monterey Jack

1/4 tsp. dried mustard


Directions:

Layer croutons and sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Refrigerate. Bake 325 degrees for 50 – 55 minutes.
