Honey Drop Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. honey
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 t. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Blend together sugar, shortening, honey and salt. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in vanilla. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Place 3 pecan halves on each cookie. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
